The Herzog Law Firm Welcomes Attorney David A. Kubikian

The Herzog Law Firm welcomes new Senior Associate Attorney David A. Kubikian.  Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Kubikian worked at the New York offices of Stroock & Stroock & Lavan, LLP from 2006 to 2011.  After meeting his beautiful wife in New York City, Mr. Kubikian relocated to Saratoga Springs to start a family.  Most recently, Mr. Kubikian has successfully owned and operated The Kubikian Law Firm, PLLC in Clifton Park serving the Capital Region in the areas of Trusts & Estates, Elder Law and Matrimonial Law.  Mr. Kubikian will continue to specialize in these areas and is a welcomed addition to the Herzog Law Firm.

Mr. Kubikian, a Long Island native, obtained a Bachelor’s degree from Hofstra University in 2002 with a Major in Finance. In 2005, Mr. Kubikian obtained his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School with a concentration in Trusts and Estates and Tax law. In 2010, Mr. Kubikian received a Masters of Law (LL.M.) in Taxation from New York Law School.

A teacher at heart, Mr. Kubikian takes the time to make sure that clients are educated about their options while providing a no pressure atmosphere that allows clients the space and time to make important decisions.  He has frequently taught continuing education classes at Saratoga Springs and Shenendehowa School Districts and has participated in, and presented at, local and statewide Trusts and Estates/ Elder Law functions.

Mr. Kubikian is a member of the New York State Bar Association Elder Law and Special Needs, Trusts and Estates, and Family Law Sections, the Saratoga County Bar Association, the Armenian Bar Association, the Malta Business Professionals Association, and the Clifton Park section of B.N.I.

When not working, Mr. Kubikian enjoys relaxing in Lake George, golfing, living and dying with his New York Mets, and spending time with friends and family, in particular the light of his life, his daughter Jacqueline.
