Harry V.B. Miller, Esq.

Mr. Miller is the managing partner of the Herzog Law Firm and focuses his practice in all areas of Elder Law, including Estate Planning, Medicaid Planning, and Business Succession Planning. Harry graduated from Albany Law School with a Juris Doctorate in 1974 and from Drew University with a Bachelor of Arts in 1970. Harry is a member of the Trusts & Estates and Elder Law Sections of the New York State Bar Association and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Debra A. Verni, Esq.

Ms. Verni has been with the Herzog Law Firm since 2004 and became partner in 2008. Debbie focuses her practice in Estate Planning, Long-Term Care Planning and Asset Protection, Estate Tax Planning, Estate Administration, and Real Estate. Debbie graduated from Syracuse University College of Law with a Juris Doctorate with a Concentration in Tax and Estate Law in 2001. Debbie is a member of the Trust & Estate Section and Elder Law Section of the New York State Bar Association, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Estate Planning Council of Eastern New York, the Saratoga County Bar Association, Soroptimist International of Saratoga County, and the Planned Giving Council of Cazenovia College. David A. Kubikian, Esq.

Mr. Kubikian joined the Herzog Law Firm as an Associate Attorney in September 2015. He concentrates his practice in the areas of Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Medicaid Planning, and Matrimonial Law. Mr. Kubikian obtained a B.S. in Finance from Hofstra University. He obtained his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School with a concentration in Trusts and Estates and Tax Law. Mr. Kubikian received a Masters of Law (LL.M.) in Taxation from New York Law School.
